Three-Layers of Protection

Three-layer system, high performance, quartz reinforced, novolac vinylester lining for concrete applications requiring extreme chemical resistance and moderate abrasion and impact protection. ARC NVE industrial coating is designed to:

Replace acid resistant tiles or overlayments of phenolic, furan, polyester, or concrete
Protect against concentrated acids, organic and inorganic acids, solvents, and alkalis
Easily apply by trowel

- Makes selection easy
- Covers a broad range of exposures
Coefficient of thermal expansion comparable to concrete
- Resists disbondment
- Resists cracking and delamination

- Promote high adhesion to concrete
Integrated topcoat sealer system
- Blocks chemical penetration
- Stops migration of chemicals
Reinforcement with coupling agent
- Minimizes coating voids
- Permeation resistant

Nominal WFT of 6 mm (240 mil) extended with 7 bags of QRV

NVE Veil Coat (VC)

1 x 4.8L (1.27 gals) container

Nominal WFT* of 250-375 μm (10-15 mil)

ARC CHP Catalyst

2 X 250 ml containers

7 bags of QRV reinforcement
